I am a fully qualified UKCP registered Integrative Psychotherapist and Counsellor. I am based in Bournemouth, where I see clients from all over Dorset and Hampshire. I also have a practice in the Cotswolds, Gloucestershire, near Stow-on-the-Wold. I work face to face, online via Zoom and on the telephone.

Together we can help you make better sense of your self, history, relationships and patterns of behaviour, with the aim of empowering you to lead a more fulfilling life.
